The ancient theatre of the city of Teos leans on a natural slope in the southeast of the Acropolis. It dates back to 2nd century AD,  The structure follows Greek architectural style, with only some traces from Roman period. The theatre is composed of cavea, orchestra and scene. The cavea has two parts; the lower and upper ones. Built in Roman style, the lower levels have arch and vault. The stage building is 42 m long in east-west direction and 11m in north-south direction.
